The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) will open five (5) site-based Project Based Voucher waiting lists to applicants for EHA-owned properties: Bakerview Apartments, Grandview Homes, Pineview Homes, Wiggums Park Place Apartments, and Broadway Plaza Apartments. 

Applications will be accepted from those who meet EHA’s Local Preference: Displaced Baker Heights Residents. 

The waiting list will open on December 11, 2017 at 8:00 AM until December 10, 2018 at 4:00 PM. Applications may only be submitted through our online application system and will be ordered by date and time.
