Everett Housing Authority (EHA) invites Voucher Program (Project-Based & Tenant Based) participants to join the Resident Advisory Board (RAB)! This meeting will begin at 2PM. EHA needs your input on our Annual Plan. Our Annual Plan covers activities and policies we will adopt in order to achieve our 5-Year Goals and Objectives.  You may attend in person at the main EHA office (3107 Colby in downtown Everett), or virtually by Zoom and phone.  The meeting is optional, but your voice is important.  Please consider attending! The Everett Housing Authority is pleased to announce the appointment of Major Galloway as the organization's new Executive Director. With an extensive background in policy from both Housing of Urban Development (HUD) and most recently the Atlanta Housing Authority, Galloway brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success in the housing and community development sector. Galloway will be starting his new role Monday, September 18, 2023. Community meeting to discuss the Park District

The Everett Housing Authority and their design team held a virtual public meeting regarding the transformation of the former Baker Heights public housing into the ‘Park District’; a planned mixed-income, mixed-use masterplan development designed towards the provision of approximately 1,500 units of housing and public amenities including but not limited to park, retail, civic, and office type spaces.
