Starting Monday, March 16 all Housing Authority offices will be closed to the public until further notice. This is in response to the Governor's emergency declaration for government agencies to take proactive measures to decrease the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. A hearing to receive public comment on the proposed 2020-21 PHA Annual Plan and second version of the 2020-24 PHA 5 Year Plan will be held at 12:30 PM on Monday, September 28, 2020.  This hearing will be part of a special Board of Commissioners meeting and will be conducted remotely via Zoom videoconference as an emergency measure to decrease the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.  Please use the following information to access the hearing:

2) Please introduce yourself before speaking.  Comments will be limited to two minutes.  Be aware that the hearing may start later than 12:30 PM, as the Board will be discussing other business in the time leading
