Public Hearing on Draft PHA Plans
A hearing to receive public comment on the proposed 2020-21 PHA Annual Plan and second version of the 2020-24 PHA 5 Year Plan will be held at 12:30 PM on Monday, September 28, 2020. This hearing will be part of a special Board of Commissioners meeting and will be conducted remotely via Zoom videoconference as an emergency measure to decrease the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. Since many people will be on this remote meeting, we’d like everyone to follow two guidelines: 1) Put your phone or microphone on mute until the Board Chair opens the public hearing and calls for comment; 2) Please introduce yourself before speaking. Comments will be limited to two minutes. Be aware that the hearing may start later than 12:30 PM, as the Board will be discussing other business in the time leading up.
