EHA Hosts Vaccination Clinics Across Properties
September 30, 2022
As we enter the autumn and winter months, the Everett Housing Authority Resident Services team has coordinated onsite Flu and COVID Booster Vaccination clinics across multiple properties that house vulnerable populations. The hope is that with the opportunity to have these vaccine clinics on the properties, more residents will be inclined to receive these free vaccination and booster shots at the comfort of their own home, without having to visit their local pharmacy, grocery store, or doctor’s office. “By bringing the booster and flu shots to our residents, we want to make it as easy as possible for them to stay healthy and safe as we enter this upcoming flu season,” said John Forsyth, Deputy Executive Director of EHA. The Washington State Department of Health... Read More ››
Everett Housing Authority Receives A+ Credit Rating, Secures Successful Bond Issuance for Huntington Park
September 6, 2022
In July 2022, Everett Housing Authority (EHA) received an A+ issuer credit rating (ICR) from Standard and Poor’s (S&P) Global Ratings. This is the first time in Everett Housing Authority’s 80-year history to request and receive a credit rating. Everett Housing Authority Purchases Huntington Park, Furthering Community-Focused Strategic Plan
March 24, 2022
Huntington Park Apartments is under new ownership through Everett Housing Authority (EHA) as of March 11, 2022. The purchase of this 381-unit multi-family complex marks another step for EHA in alignment with their strategic goal of providing affordable housing to the Everett community. Current residents of the complex will not be affected by this transition of ownership and EHA’s hope is that they will benefit from the transaction, as the acquisition is part of a large-scale affordable housing preservation action. The property primarily services Everett’s workforce and residents will benefit from the location of this property with walkable public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and schools all within a one-mile radius. This will provide multiple... Read More ››
