Everett Housing Authority is accepting applicants for the waitlist at the following locations:

 

  •  Bakerview Apartments, Grandview Homes, Pineview Homes, Wiggums Park Place Apartments, and Broadway Plaza Apartments

    • The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) will open five (5) site-based Project Based Voucher waiting lists to applicants for EHA-owned properties: Bakerview ApartmentsGrandview HomesPineview HomesWiggums Park Place Apartments, and Broadway Plaza ApartmentsApplications will be accepted from those who meet EHA’s Local Preference: Displaced Baker Heights Residents. The waiting list will open on December 11, 2017 at 8:00 AM until December 10, 2018 at 4:00 PM. Applications may only be submitted through our online application system and will be ordered by date and time.   • Everett

    • ​EHA is now accepting applications for three subsidized senior apartment communities in Everett that consist of studio and one-bedroom apartment homes: Silver View Apartments, Silver Woods Apartments, and Evergreen Court Apartments. All three senior apartment communities are subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).   • Lynnwood

    • ​​ EHA is now accepting applications for three subsidized senior apartment communities in Lynnwood that consist of studio and one-bedroom apartment homes: Lynn Crest Senior Apartments, Lynn Woods Senior Apartments, and Scriber Pointe Senior Apartments. All three senior apartment communities are subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).   • Meadows I, Meadows II, and Meadows III

    • Meadows I, Meadows II, and Meadows III are located in North Everett's Delta neighborhood and serve adults 55 years of age or older.  Apartments may be available.  Please call 425-339-1024 for more information.
  • Monroe & Lake Stevens

    • ​EHA is now accepting applications for two subsidized senior apartment communities in Monroe and Lake Stevens that consist of studio and one-bedroom apartment homes: Village East Apartments and Hawkins House Apartments.  These senior apartment communities are subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).   • Pivotal Point Apartments 

    • Developed by the Everett Housing Authority and other community partners, Pivotal Point Apartments provides subsidized/income based permanent housing with supportive services to special needs applicants who have experienced homelessness. Applications may only be submitted through our online application system and will be ordered by date and time. The application can be completed using any web browser (smart phone compatible).  Applicants must have an e-mail address.   • South Everett - ​Evergreen Village Apartments & Meadow Park Apartments

    • EHA is now accepting applications for two subsidized senior apartment communities in Everett that consist of studio and one-bedroom apartment homes: Evergreen Village Apartments and Meadow Park Apartments.  These apartment communities are subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).   • South Everett - Lake Woods I

    • EHA is now accepting applications for a senior apartment community in Everett that consists of studio and one-bedroom apartment homes. This apartment community is subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Qualified applicants must be at least 62 years of age.  Call 425-339-1046 for more information or download an application HERE.
