Starting Monday, March 16 all Housing Authority offices will be closed to the public until further notice. This is in response to the Governor's emergency declaration for government agencies to take proactive measures to decrease the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. Everett Housing Authority has eight affordable housing properties for family, elderly and disabled households earning between 50% and 60% of Snohomish County’s Area Median Income. There are 144 units consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. These properties are offered at below-market rents. The rents range from $843 to $1,010 for a one-bedroom, $880 to $1,050 for a two-bedroom and $960 to $1,230 for a three-bedroom. (Rents are subject to change without notice.) There is a minimum gross monthly income of two times the rent.

The senior affordable housing portfolio consists of five affordable properties for individuals 55 years of age or older and one property for individuals 62 years of age or older earning between 30% and 50% of Snohomish County’s Area Median Income. There are 245 units consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments. These properties are offered at below-market rents. The minimum gross monthly income is two times the rent. The rents range from $470 to $800 for a one-bedroom apartment and from $560 to $960 for a two-bedroom apartment. (Rents are subject to change without notice.)
