Onsite laundry facilities and parking are available for resident use.  The building is close to shopping and mass transit.  Evergreen Court is subsidized with project-based assistance and residents pay approximately 30% of their income towards rent.

The Evergreen Court community room has a full kitchen and large tables for potlucks and can be reserved for private or group activities. Evergreen Court also has a separate puzzle room.
