EHA’s office is currently closed to the public other than by appointment.  Please call your assigned Certification Specialist or the number below if you need to make an appointment to meet with EHA staff.  Our dropbox, located on the Colby Avenue side of the building, is available at any time to drop off paperwork. This dropbox is checked daily.

Contact Your Voucher Specialist

Specialists are assigned based on the zip code of your address. If you are part of the rent study, your contact will be a THRIVE Program Specialist. If you are not part of the rent study and are served by the traditional HCV team, your contact will be an HCV Certification Specialist. Please note: some individuals may have a different specialist assigned to them than what is listed. To find your Voucher Specialist, log onto RENTCafé and select "Basic Information." You will be able to view your Voucher Specialist and their contact information.
