EHA’s Draft 2023-2024 Annual Plan, MTW Supplement, and Capital Fund Plan are Available for Review
Everett Housing Authority’s proposed PHA Annual Plan and MTW (Moving to Work) Supplement, effective July 1, 2023, is available for public review and comment. Click HERE to view the draft Plan and Supplement.
EHA’s proposed Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plan (CFP Plan) is also available for public review and comment. Click HERE to view the draft CFP Plan.
Written comments on all documents may be submitted during the public comment period by mail (Everett Housing Authority, PO Box 1547, Everett, WA 98206, Attn: Chris Neblett), or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to email@example.com.
The Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the plan documents on Monday, March 27, 2023, at 12:00 PM.

The public hearing on these documents will be held remotely via Zoom as part of the Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners meeting on Monday, March 27 at noon. Please use the following information to access:
