Everett Housing Authority’s draft Annual Plan effective July 1, 2019 and supporting materials are available for public review and comment.  Click HERE to view the draft Annual Plan, Capital Fund Statements/5 Year Action Plan, and proposed changes to the Voucher program Administrative Plan.  Written comments on the draft Plan and/or supporting materials may be submitted in person at the Colby administrative office during regular business hours (9 a.m. to noon & 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday), by mail to Everett Housing Authority, attn: Chris Neblett, P.O. Box 1547, Everett, WA 98206-1547, or via email to chrisn@evha.org.  The public review period will conclude on February 24, and a public hearing on the proposed Annual Plan will be held as part of the EHA Board of Commissioners regular meeting on 12:30 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2019 at the Colby administrative office, 3107 Colby Avenue in downtown Everett.  Persons with disabilities or limited English proficiency who need assistance or accommodations to participate should contact Chris Neblett at (425) 303-1186, or chrisn@evha.org, by no later than February 20.
