The Everett Housing Authority will be hosting a Landscaping Equipment Surplus Sale on Friday, August 18, 2017 and Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 8 AM to 12 Noon (NO EARLY SALES). The equipment includes lawnmowers, weedwhackers, a John Deere tractor, and other miscellaneous lawn and garage equipment all at various pricing. The surplus sale is located at 2802 14th St, off of Poplar in Everett, WA.  Please utilize the embedded map below for directions.  Please also note:

1.  All material must be removed from EHA property the day of the sale.
2. Buyer is responsible for all loading, removal and transportation costs.
3. Full payment to be made prior to removal of any material from EHA property.
4. Property is sold "AS IS” and "WITH ALL FAULTS".
