Everett Housing Authority has several affordable housing properties for families, older adults, and people with disabilities. Income limits and rents vary based on property.

For subsidized housing, rent is generally 30% of the family’s adjusted income and there is no minimum income requirement. 

For affordable housing, rent is flat and generally, gross monthly income must be two times the monthly rent to qualify.
