These properties are offered at below-market rents. There is a minimum gross monthly income of 2 times the rent.

The senior subsidized portfolio consists of several properties in Everett and Snohomish County for individuals 62 years of age or older. The properties have studio and one-bedroom apartments. Residents pay 30% of their income towards rent, as these properties include project-based assistance. There is no minimum income requirement.
