The Board of the Everett Housing Authority will conduct a Special Meeting virtually on Monday, December 15, 2023, from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. There will be only remote access to this meeting.

- To meet with the Executive Director to discuss personnel issues including staffing, management plans, and contracting authority.
- The Board may take action on authorizing contracting and interim staffing.
- Adjourn
Note: No final action will be taken at this Executive Session, which is scheduled for 20 minutes. The Board will reconvene in public session following the Executive Session.
