- 2.1 Approval of Minutes of the November 10, 2025 Annual Meeting
- 2.2 Assets Capitalized During FY 2024-2025
- 2.3 FY24-25 Bad Debts Report
3. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION
- 3.1 Resolution No. 1618 - Adopting Calendar Year 2026 Budgets for the Housing Authority's Programs and Operations
- 3.2 Resolution No. 1625 - Adding December 24, 2025, as an Additional Agency Holiday
- 3.3 Resolution No. 1627 - Adopting an Updated Asset Capitalization, Management and Disposition Policy
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will convene in Executive Session to review the performance of a public employee pursuant to RCW 42.56.110(1)(g) and to discuss with legal counsel pending/potential litigation involving the agency and/or legal risks pursuant to RCW 42.56.110(1)(i).
