Please join us for a Community Meeting to discuss the Brownfield Cleanup Grant Application for Baker Heights!

The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) is hosting a public meeting for public comment on its forthcoming application for the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization "Brownfield Cleanup Grant." Draft application materials will be presented in the meeting for public comment. Comments will be incorporated into the application documents. If awarded, EHA will use the grant funds to clean up the former Baker Heights Neighborhood, located between 12th and 14th Street. Clean up, abatement, and remediation at the site is the next crucial task in the Park District redevelopment.

The meeting will be held on Zoom (virtually) on:

Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, from 11:00am - 12:00pm
