EHA will be hosting two trainings on Wednesday, June 19th on the topics of Federal Labor Standards, presented by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Senior Davis-Bacon & Labor Standards Specialists Eugene Hairston and Melanie Hertel will provide an overview of training on Federal Labor Standards. Both trainings are FREE and open to the public. Registration is required and full details and registration options are noted below.


Wednesday, June 19th: Morning Session: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Topics of coverage will include: Responsibility of Contractor, Davis-Bacon Definitions, Work classifications; Certified Payrolls; Overtime; Apprentices; Owner/operators; Employee interviews in relation to certified payroll reviews and Collection of back wages.
