Multiple Waiting Lists Opening September 16, 2025
The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) will open Project Based Voucher waiting lists to applicants for multiple properties. The waiting lists will open on September 16, 2025, at 9:00 am and close on October 24, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Applications may only be submitted through our online application system. The web address for the application is: https://www.rentcafe.com/onlineleasing/everett-housing-authority/guestlogin.aspx
The online application is accessible from any web browser, including a smartphone. Applicants will need to have a unique e-mail address to submit an on-line application.
The Section 8 waiting list remain CLOSED. These waiting lists are not the Section 8 waiting list.
The following properties waiting lists are open to seniors (62+) and adult residents with disabilities. Preference is given to applicants 55+ years of age or older:

All eligible applicants are encouraged to apply. Only one application per family will be accepted and applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Applicants will be submitting a pre-application in order to be placed on the waiting list. Applicants who are not elderly (62+) or disabled will not be placed on the Broadway Plaza or Bakerview waiting lists. Placement on the waiting list does not indicate that the family is, in fact, eligible for assistance. EHA will send written notification of the preliminary eligibility determination within 60 calendar days of receiving a complete application.
