5 Year Plan Public Hearing
May 16, 2019
Representatives from the County, Cities of Everett and Marysville, the Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASCO) and EHA will hold joint public meetings on June 4 and 5, 2019.  These meetings will provide an opportunity for members of the public to identify the most important needs (affordable housing, economic development, etc.) of low and moderate income residents of the community, and how funding from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) can be used to help meet these needs.  EHA representatives will be attending the June 4 meeting at HASCO.  Click HERE for more details.    
HUD Davis-Bacon & Labor Standards Training

EHA will be hosting two trainings on Wednesday, June 19th on the topics of Federal Labor Standards, presented by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Senior Davis-Bacon & Labor Standards Specialists Eugene Hairston and Melanie Hertel will provide an overview of training on Federal Labor Standards. Both trainings are FREE and open to the public. Resident Advisory Board Meeting on December 5th

Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List Opening

The Everett Housing Authority will open its Housing Choice Voucher waiting list from September 17, 2018 at 10:00 am until September 20, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Applications may only be submitted through our on-line application system and will be ordered by our local preferences and date and time of application.
