Annual Financial Statements

The financial statements of the Everett Housing Authority are audited annually by the Washington State Auditor. The annual financial and compliance audit is conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to the financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States; and the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).

The Everett Housing Authority has received unqualified audit opinions for all years following implementation of the 1998 Quality Housing & Work Responsibility Act. In addition, there have been no audit findings for over 31 years.
