EHA’s PROPOSED CAPITAL FUND 5-YEAR ACTION PLAN AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW

Everett Housing Authority’s proposed Capital Fund Program (CFP) 5-Year Action Plan, describing the Capital Fund expenditures necessary to ensure the long-term viability of EHA’s public housing developments, is available for public review and comment.  The CFP 5 Year Action Plan is also subject to approval by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) prior to disbursement of Capital Fund grants for the proposed expenditures. The Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing by video conference and telephone to receive public comments on the proposed CFP 5-Year Action Plan on Monday, March 28, 2022.  The Board meeting will be called to order at 12:00 PM and the public hearing will begin at 12:15 PM.
