Everett Housing Authority’s draft Annual Plan effective July 1, 2018 is available for public review and comment.  Click HERE to view the 5 Year and draft Annual Plan.  Written comments on the draft Plan may be submitted in person at the Colby administrative office during regular business hours (9 a.m. to noon & 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday), by mail to Everett Housing Authority, attn: Chris Neblett, P.O. Box 1547, Everett, WA 98206-1547, or via email to chrisn@evha.org.  The draft Plan review period will conclude with a public hearing conducted by EHA’s Board of Commissioners.  All interested persons are invited to the public hearing to provide comment on the draft Plan; this hearing is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Colby administrative office, 3107 Colby Avenue in downtown Everett.  Persons with disabilities or limited English proficiency who need assistance or accommodations to participate should contact Chris Neblett at (425) 303-1186, or chrisn@evha.org, by no later than February 20.
